after i cleared the metal boxes the diamonds started to fall, but only one falls the other one stays where it is, it supose to keep falling in order to rescue the pets, i don't get it, what do i do it's almost like the diamond is stuck in the air, it tells me i failed the level but i didn't, now i can't go on to the next level
